LINCOLN SHEET PILE CUTTING PROJECT BRIEF Phase 2 of this project was to cut underwater using ultrathermic cutting rods burning in excess of 10,000°F at the tip. The sheet sheet piles were installed by the contractor and once piled to the desired depth, each top section was cut at a specified height above bed level.
