With a natural affinity to water and as a former commercial diver I am no stranger to risk, danger or challenging situations. As a businesswoman I am meticulous, focused and driven to exceed expectation. As a mother I lead by example, exhibit patience and nurture individual talent.   I have 27 years experience directing, project managing and consulting within specialist sectors of the marine industry with specific interest in both maritime safety and commercial maritime operations. I have a practical and working knowledge of The Diving at Work Regulations 1997 and Approved Code of Practice, MCA MGN 280, International convention for SOLAS and ISM code.

I relish in opportunities that are both emotionally and intellectually exciting and remain calm, diligent and engaged throughout demanding situations.
