COMMERCIAL SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE PROJECT BRIEF To remove and replace with new, all cracked and broken tiles.  To remove existing poor grout for a 20m section of the pool and replace with new.  With a large section of all tiles bowing from increased water pressure behind the tiles it was deemed too dangerous to drain the pool in the event that the integrity of the remaining tiles may be jeopardised and implode.  Our alternative was to construct a cofferdam creating a “dry zone”…
