HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES

With over 20 years experience working under extreme conditions in volatile environments I am very much accustomed to the assessment, evaluation and management of risk at all levels.  As a former owner and director of a successful commercial diving company mitigating risk and compiling mitigation plans were critical to the overall success and effectiveness of my business.  Safeguarding the health, safety and welfare of my clients, contractors, sub-contractors and dive teams at work were of paramount importance and I strive to continually provide a proactive and safe working environment to all personnel through the lifecycle of each project without compromising quality of our service.

I have a good working knowledge of the legislative regulations affecting the diving industry and devised all safety policies, statements and procedures for all subsea operations regardless of their complex nature.  As part of the many tender applications and accreditation processes for ISO, CHAS, ROSPNA, Achilles and Construction line I was responsible for producing an integrated health and safety management policy.
